About Cymbidium Shop
Cymbidium Records (est. 2005) is an indie record label from Helsinki. Our passion lies in delivering music with an ear for the past, an eye for the future and a heart for the flow. The word Cymbidium literally refers to a spring-flowering orchid species with a remarkably long life. We're all about timeless electronic music, blooming infinitely.

Terms of delivery
When you place your order it will be handled as soon as possible. All handled products that are in stock will be sent immediately. Other products will be shipped according to their delivery times.
You can see if the product is available for shipping immediately on the product detail page. Just look where it reads availability. If the product is temporarily out of stock your order will still be processed. There may sometimes be mistakes with the availability information. In those cases we will contact you and ask you how we should handle the situation. So, please give your email address and/or phone number with your order. They will only be used for sending information about the order.
As we are based in Finland, the deliveries abroad take a longer time. We send all the packages by the Finnish Post that gives the following estimates of the delivery times:
- Nordic countries 2-4 workdays
- Rest of Europe 3-10 workdays
- Rest of the world 5-10 workdays
We ship to most countries. If you don't find yours, you can always ask us if it's only a mistake.
We send LPs (vinyls) outside Finland, too!
If you're under 18, please ask your parent's or guardian's permission before ordering!

Currently we only offer payment by PayPal.

Security
Cymbidium Shop only keeps the order information that you send us through your order. Our system doesn't process, see or store any PayPal passwords. All checkout data is send encrypted to keep your information secure.
The information you give us on the web pages will never be given to any third party. Your email will not be used for anything unless there is something wrong with your order.
